The apartment has been fully refurbished and fitted with a new kitchen, modern bathrooms, living room, new furniture, a metal security gate and safe. It is all electric and equipped with hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

There is a TV (with channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, Channel 5, Eurosport and Sky News); mini CD Player; patio furniture; sun beds and a pull-out sun canopy.

The apartment comprises two twin bedrooms with large built in wardrobes, which provide generous hanging space. The Master Bedroom is en-suite, and both bedrooms open onto a secondary balcony.In the lounge there is a sofa bed which can fold into a Double Bed with a Single Pull Out Bed underneath.

Towels and linen are provided and changed at the end of each week. The apartments are fully serviced before arrival.

The complex has a bar and a restaurant providing drinks, snacks and meals all day long. You can sit in or takeaway. There is also a book lending service and internet access available.

Tenerife South airport is only 20 minutes away by taxi.
